3 PHASES OF CARE

This phase lasts a few weeks to a few months, depending on the severity of your condition. Initially, our focus is on relieving pain and addressing your primary complaint. Once the pain subsides, we work on stabilising your condition to prevent future flare-ups or worsening symptoms.

In this phase, we aim to enhance your body’s resilience to stressors and improve overall function. Stressors can be classified into three types:

  • Physical Stress (e.g., prolonged phone use, poor posture, past injuries)

  • Chemical Stress (e.g., diet, smoking, alcohol, dehydration, medications, environmental toxins)

  • Emotional Stress (e.g., mental health, relationships, work-related pressures)

This phase typically lasts around 12 weeks and focuses on restoring balance to your body and nervous system.

The final phase is all about maximising your body’s function and preventing future injuries. By optimising the connection between your brain, nervous system, and body, we help you maintain long-term health and well-being.

No, you do not need a referral to see a chiropractor. You can book an appointment directly with us. However, if you are eligible for a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan through your GP, you may receive Medicare rebates for your chiropractic care.

Depending on the findings from your initial consultation and examination, we may offer your first adjustment on the same day. If further assessment or imaging is required, we will discuss the best course of action with you.

Yes, chiropractic care is a safe and effective approach to treating musculoskeletal issues. Our techniques are tailored to your individual needs and health condition.

The number of sessions varies depending on your condition, goals, and how your body responds to care. We will discuss a recommended care plan during your second appointment.

Chiropractic adjustments are generally not painful. Some patients may experience mild soreness afterward, similar to post-workout discomfort, which typically subsides within a day or two.
